"FULL RECTANGULAR MARKETS AND STAIRS REALIZED WITH SUCH MARKETS"
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a rectangular step or staircase formed such steps.
Solid rectangular steps are known to draw the attention of passersby by colored bands or adhesive bands in color applied to the walking surface or the frontal surface (riser) of the full step. Such marks of full rectangular steps are very weary and lose their signaling effect very quickly during use. There are also known full rectangular steps having a recessed portion in the walking surface receiving a mast tinted with a tint signal, for example a rubber sheet.
Such solid rectangular steps are also not suitable for intensive passages because the integrated material dé¬taches the cavity when it is highly stressed.
DE 34 04 813 A1 discloses an illuminated edge profile, which creates a signaling effect; this profile has an L-shaped section and can be screwed on the edge of the step. In the case of a solid rectangular step or a step having such a profile, it is likely that the strong stresses will detach the profile of the walk or deform.
Purpose of the invention
The object of the present invention is to develop a solid rectangular wall or a staircase made with such steps and making it possible to ensure, even when strongly stressed, a good effect of permanent signaling for passers-by.
Summary and advantages of the invention
This problem is solved by the features of the preamble of claims 1 to 26 combined with characteristics characterizing parts of these claims. Other advantageous developments will appear below.
Thus, the solid rectangular step according to the invention ischaracterized in that it comprises a concrete or stonestone base body in which is integrated a hollow body, the hollow body opening to a walking surface provided with an opening and / or or an frontal surface with an opening, the opening of the hollow body towards the floor surface being dressed with a step board, and / or the opening hollow body facing the front surface being dressed with a front panel.
Such a solid rectangular step thus has a signage portion formed of the hollow body and at least one paneleleably bonded to the base body and thus resistant to strongessollicitations. The use of a step panel and / or a front panel or riser panel makes it possible to use an abrasion-resistant material, regardless of the material used for the hollow body. In addition, the fixing of the step board and / or the riser pan¬neau with the hollow body allows opti¬male fixation of the step panel and / or the riser panel basic body.
In addition, according to the invention, the base body and the hollow body housed therein form a parallelepiped. This gives an element that offers virtually no attachment point to forces acting from the outside, which allows it to withstand high stresses for a long time.
According to the invention, between the step panel and / or the front panel (or riser panel) a color contrast and / or brightness contrast is achieved with respect to the other running surfaces or riser surfaces of the base body. This leads to a sufficiently useful signal effect for passersby who draws their attention to the presence of the rectangular step.
In addition, the invention provides for providing the wall panel and / or riser panel with a pattern having a color contrast and / or brightness contrast. This makes it possible to produce a signaling effect independently of the other parts of the walking surface or the front surface of the full step.
It is further provided that the step panel and / or the front panel or riser panel are made in the form of a glass plate and / or a plastic plate and / or a stone plate.
The invention also provides for making the front panel and / or the front panel of a transparent material. This enables the incident light to be refracted for example by means of a mirror element placed in the hollow body to amplify the signaling effect.
According to the invention, the hollow body is a profile produced es¬entially in particular by folding and / or continuous casting. This allows to economically manufacture relatively large numbers of profile pieces. For this purpose, it is especially intended to manufacture the hollow profile made of steel or plastic.
The invention also provides an expansion of the hollow body over 80% to 100% of the width of the full rectangular step to use the hollow body to strengthen the entire base body.
The invention also provides an extension of the walk-in panel and / or the front panel on 80% to 100% of the width of the full rectangular step to create a signal effect over all the width of the step.
In order to increase the solidity of the hollow body, the latter comprises, according to the invention, reinforcement ribs directed preferentially transversely with respect to its longitudinal extension, and in particular partly determines the lateral ends of the hollow body.
To improve the cohesion between the base body and the hollow body, the latter comprises according to the invention anchoring means. Preferably, such a hollow body is poured into the base body. As a variant, in particular a hollow stone body, it is also possible to provide a screwing and / or bonding to the basic body.
The invention also provides for installing at least one illuminating element in the hollow body. This allows to realize the pan¬ lambda and / or the front panel as illuminating panels, offering a special attraction.
The invention also provides for the supply of the lighting element by an energy source installed in the hollow body, in particular a battery and / or an accumulator and / or solar cells.
For sufficient illumination of the step panel and / or front panel, the illumination element extends over at least half the width of the solid rectangular step and the illumination element is preferably directed towards the surface of the panel walking and / or front surface.
In order to require as little energy as possible for lighting, the invention provides for the use of light sources such as light-emitting diodes and / or glass fibers as luminous elements.
To protect the light element against the weather and the environment, the invention provides for filling the hollow body at least partially with resin.
The invention provides a fillet between the footboard and the front panel, the fillet being formed by the hollow section. This ga¬rantit a strong possibility of solicitation of the march because the constraints exerted on the edge between the walking surface and the frontal surface are absorbed directly by a stabilizing element that transmits these constraints to the base body.
The invention also provides a staircase with several full rectangular steps according to the invention and these marches are connected to a common source of energy. Thus, the means to be implemented for the installation of a staircase are considerably reduced.
In order to carry out the installation in a particularly cumbersome manner, the invention provides for the installation of the energy source of the lamination in one of the solid rectangular steps.
Finally, the invention provides an electronic control installation associated with several full steps. This saves an extra switchbox.

Description of embodiments
Figure 1 is a sectional view of a full rectan¬gular step 1 according to the invention. The solid rectangular step 1 comprises an L-shaped base body 2, which is not completely shown in the sectional view as well as a signaling part 3 connected to this basic body. The signaling part 3 comprises a hollow body 4 provided with a step board 5 and a front or riser 6. The full rectangular step 1 has a walking surface 7 completed by the step board 5 to the front edge K of the rectangular step 1. The rectangle-mounted step 1 also comprises a frontal surface or counter-beam surface 8 formed by the front panel or riser panel 6 extending to the front edge K. The hollow body 4 is shaped deprofil 9 which opens to the walking surface 7 and the countermarking surface 8 by openings 5a and 6a; these openings 5a, 6a are fer¬ respectively by the step board 5 and the riser panel 6. The profile 9 is reinforced by reinforcement ribs 10. To form a closely linked set composed of the basic body 2 of concrete the hollow body 4 comprises anchoring elements 11 through which this hollow body is embedded in the concrete of the basic body 2. These anchoring means 11 may also be connected to armament elements of the basic body 2, elements which are not represented. The panels 5 and 6 are held in the hollow body 4 by synthetic resin joints 12. The front edge K of the step 1 is consti¬tuée by the profile 9 which forms a cross member 13 of the hollow body 4. The tra¬verse 13 constitutes a leave 14 between the panels 5 and 6.
FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a solid rectan¬gular step 1 according to the invention comprising a walking panel 5.
